if we have certain valuable information, we might find buyer through my lot, and make money transfer through paypal. Does this work?

not many will trust you that way unless you have a website with copyrights etc

Well, you can try selling e-books here, but they will have to be really good if they are to attract any buyers out there. I am not a big fan of e-books myself.
