I LOVE Spagehtti.. What's you favorite?

Spagehtti when cooked by my mom is my favorite meal. It's never the same and she uses angel hair pasta (but never limited to just that) to fix it so heavenly. Do you have a favorite food, meal, or snack that is good only when a particular person prepares it. If so, who is it? What's the food? And what does this person do to make your meal so different than others?

I love gnocchis prepared by my mom. They're delicious potato/pasta dumplings that aren't easy to make. She also makes a wonderful homemade pizza with a thick crust and topped with lots of veggies.
Also, my sister makes these delicious fudgy brownies that are actually healthy. They have whole wheat flour and fruit puree in them.
