What would be a nice side dish with some sirloin steaks??

-grilled asparagus -roasted veggies (potatoes, carrots, onions, etc. Just cut up the veggies, toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and whatever herbs you like, roast in the oven until brown) -sauteed mushrooms and onions -corn on the cob

You just can't beat baked potato, texas toast and a garden salad with a sirloin. A few changes could be the way you prepare the potatoes, or you could serve rice. A good english pea salad or any green veggie would work too. Potato salad, green beans and a biscuit. You still have the potatoe, bread and salad which is a must with a steak. LOL

Maybe some veggies like baby carrots or baby corn and then some good fries or grilled tomatoes flavored with herb or salt n pepper.

Cut potatoes into wedges, leaving the skin on. Grease a cookie sheet and toss wedges onto it with more oil, salt, and rosemary. Bake until golden brown.

I always like a salad and as a change from the usual baked white potato I enjoy a baked sweet potato with butter and a very light sprinkle of cinnamon.
