I think all fruit and vegies are packed with vitamins and minerals, some got high antioxidant to prevent cancer. Green leafy vegies ( broccoli, spinach, rocket, bok choy, green beans, silverbeet, zucchini), orange fruit and vegies ( oranges, pumpkin, carrot, sweet potato) and all fruit is good but be careful with one Asian fruit, called durian, ( spiky looking and tastes very very sweet, it's forbidden to be taken to hotels in Asian country because it has very fragrant smell), it's got very high sugar and not good for the ones who's already got cholesterol but it can be aphrodisiac, that's the good thing.

There are many different fruits and vegetables that have high amounts of certain vitamins and minerals. You should try to get a good mix of fruits and veggies to get a good mix of nutrients.

it depends on which vitamin you're interested in but all citrus fruit contain load of vitamin c which is an important vitamin that our body needs but cannot manufacture. yeast product contains nearly all vit b and vit e can be found in oil eg olive oil. you can get vit d from sunlight. leafy green vegetables contains load of vit as well. carrots has a lot of vit a. vitamins are very important for a very good health!
