My favorite fruit in winter is oranges, apples, bananas.I eat them out of habit and seldom heat them up or bake them. Sometimes I eat nuts for healthy consideration and taste.I like to have them with my family with fruit in hand and chat.I enjoy dried fruits in particular such as cranberries, mango, banana chips etc.Dried fruits are high in mineral content and are very good for you.

i use to have apple and oranges in my daily routine...other then that i also took banana, pineapples, peaches, grapes, melons and almost every other seasonal fruit. most of times i put all fruits in blender and make its shake or smoothie..it turned out just yummiest thing you my ever imagine.

I generally have fruits for breakfast. i eat only the fruits I like which are apple, orange, pear, banana and plum. Sometimes I have stawberries and cream for dessert. I love that but Im trying to lose weight now so cant have it for a while.
