Yeah I have seen so many posts here regarding marriage and children. Its nice that the work at home moms or just homemaker are making money out of this mylot as well as sharing their thoughts and experience with the others.
I started a discussion today in the morning regarding having babies and I got so many replies and guidance. It was after such a long time that I got so many responses for my discussion. Thanks a lot moms and homemakers. And thanks a lot to mylot too for making this possible.

Yes, actually i think that there are more women here in mylot. And more homeworkers too, that happen to be women in most cases. That also explains why certain topics are more common than others...like the ones about babies, relationships etc, and not so many about sports etc.

I agree-- Mylot is a wonderful place to get people perspective on different issues. I love seeing the posts on children. I have a 10 year old and it's great to see that I'm not alone. It's also great to see how people raise thier kids differently than I do. I posted some hard questions on here and got some great answers-- It is sometimes easier to ask for help from people who won't judge you because they don't know you. I can't believe how many people on mylot are genuine nice people!
Mylot is great because of this!

Yes I totally agree with you as we sometimes get so good advices as well as new information on some of the topics. sometimes I get to know the latest news and information which is going around in the world. We even get to know different cultures. Dont you think so?
