Should we tell everyone that we rated them positive for our discussion?

No I dont think any one should do that, mainly because it can cause anger in thsi wonderfull place and we dont want that!

A lot of people are doing this and most of the time it sounds like begging for a + rate in return, it's not a nice thing to do and it's against the rules, but it can be mentioned jokingly sometimes in friends discussions like "I'm rating you + for the laugh" or "although you get on my nerves you still deserve a + lol" , etc. i may consider using it in that context with only close mylot friends when it's common to exchange funny remarks of that sort..

I don't think it's necessary to tell others how we rated them.

I must say it's a good pratise for us to rate people who responds to our discussions. However since it's against the terms for us to tell people that we will be rating them all positive for those who answers the discussions, therefore it is advisable for us not to do so. Though i saw many people who tells others that they have rated them positive or will rate them positive, i think this practise should be stopped.

I thought it was against the rules to do this.
Also, I didn't think that having lots of responses made any difference to your payment, so why would we want them?
