My son is 2 and has had eczema since he was born. He can go to bed looking fine and then when he gets up in the morning he will be broken out on his legs and arms.
He has a cieling fan on and a fan pointing at his bed to help keep him cool. What else can I do?

Hi. I am sorry that your son has to suffer from eczema. However, don't worry. I understand how your son feels. I am now using Cetirizine 10 mg to help control the itch at night. It is really a help, it can reduce the itch and most probably he will not feel itchy at all and can have a quality sleep. You can buy it from the pharmacies almost anywhere. Here I keep it one pack always with me (with ten tablets in it). Eat it each night before going to sleep and you will notice your son will have a more quality sleep and less suffering. Maybe you can try it. But please make sure to eat just one tablet per day. Never exceed the amount.

try to use cotton sheets and wash them regularly in a non-alergenic detergent. The gathering of dust on the sheets when rubbed against the skin will cause more irritation. try to ensure that he mainly has contact only with the clean sheets and not the blankets as the blankets will probably have heaps of dust on them and this causes more irritation - hope this helps... I still have issues with skin irritations and I an adult!
