The best exercise for legs

Is there any just one exercise that I can do that will work my whole leg and get it toned??

wellyeaman well I would recommend plenty of walking and if you are up to it.... some gentle running too! also if you go to a gym... the leg press is very helpful at doing what you want..... and do remember that stretching beforehand and even afterwards will help heaps...

My son is 2 and has had eczema since he was born. He can go to bed looking fine and then when he gets up in the morning he will be broken out on his legs and arms. He has a cieling fan on and a fan pointing at his bed to help...

wellyeaman try to use cotton sheets and wash them regularly in a non-alergenic detergent. The gathering of dust on the sheets when rubbed against the skin will cause more irritation. try to ensure that he mainly has contact only with the clean sheets and not the blankets...
