do you have insomia?

since when do you have insomia? i got my insomia when i take up my course architecture way back eleven years ago. then after, years by years i've noticed that i can't sleep at night that regularly. everyday i only sleep 5 hours and even 3 hours only. i really sufferd this kind of syndrom. until now i still can't get enough with it. added to that i had a lost memory sometime i forgot some things in just minutes not until i could go back were i first started until i can remember where i place it. what about you? have you suffer this kind of syndrom too?

So many people today have trouble sleeping, it seems to be the biggest of problems, I wonder if its the amount of stress that we have in our lives today, I would love to have a good nights sleep...

me too im suffering of insonmia.evrytime im awake to go urinate a late at night i cant go to sleep until morning.
