Do people mostly use the internet for fun or for education?

i mainly use internet for education but i think most of people use it for both.means a guy who know how to upload his resume and use email to read bussiness mails can see XXX pics and movies.............................

I used to play a lot of games online but now most of the time is spent working and hanging out at myLot. I know a lot of younger people play RPG games online but with the PS2 and PS3 (and other gaming platforms) having the abiltiy to play online against other people, more are opting to use their game consoles instead of computers. There's more than just playing games or education to choose from; I use it to look up phone numbers, online shopping, instant messenger programs, downloading music and reading my friends blogs.

I think people mostly use it for recreational purposes. I mean sometimes people work online, sometimes they have to research things, but they mostly use it for fun purposes such as emailing, talking on forums or other tasks that aren't at all related to work or education.

Yes, I agree with you. Most of the people using the internet are into games. Some are using it to chat. About of the same population, use the net for educational purposes. The students and researchers avail of the net to make their work faster and easier. Now, sorts of businesses are into the net, too. But none shall ever come close to the number of the gamers online.

I do not use it for fun. I use it to educate myself and as an avenue to make money.

I think they use the eductation as a excuse for using the internet,and take advantage of it to do other things on it

I think most people whop have computers in their homes, use them for fun mainly. I bought my computer so I could try to earn online. Every now and then I have a little fun with it and go play a game or something. Sometimes I even look things up that I need to know something about. I think it is great to earn online and pay for your internet service and also have extra cash to spend for other things you want or need too.

In my opinion Internet is the biggest library on the earth .There is no lacking of contents .There is always sufficiency of materials .They can be of both fun and education .I too have both opinion and works on Internet .I like to use Internet for education process during studies while fun at leisure .

I use it for 80% education/work and 20% playing on mylot and also my forum :)

Well i dunno, Me i use it for both about 35% Games and the other 65% i use for here and looking things up. Either way i am having fun though..
