It's so hard to cook for a sick person! I tell my fiance or family that they have to eat something, but everything I suggest they say they aren't in the mood for. Generally I just stick to making chicken noodle soup or scrambled eggs. Those seem to be the only two things I can convince people to eat when they are sick.

Plain soups and broths seem to help. Also, dry toast and tea. Juices are good for colds and flus because of the vitamins.
