How do you eat your fruits? Should fruits be juiced or what? Does juicing reduce the fiber contained in fruits?

I eat fruit everyday. I love mango. I also like crisp juicy apples that I can cut up and snack on. I also like bananas to put in smoothies, cereal, and baked goods.I generally have fruits for breakfast. i eat only the fruits I like which are apple, orange, pear, banana and plum. Sometimes I have strawberries and cream for dessert. I love that but Im trying to lose weight now so cant have it for a while.

Juice retains its vitamins and fibre when it is eaten whole, which is what I do. I do enjoy the occasional juice here and there, but that is just for the taste. I'm not saying that juice isn't healthy, but it's not AS healthy as whole fruit.

I eat my fruits whole, either fresh or dried. I don't drink much juice. There's definitely more fiber in the whole fruit than in the juice.

yes juicing will reduce the fibre as it is contained in the pulp. however juicing is easier on the stomach and is digested quicker. whole fruit can upset a lot of peoples stomach . i eat it both ways . at the moment i am eating fruit whole . i juiced for a long time but got fed up with it.

Some time we just eat the fruits directly, the taste of fruit is not chenge, purely likes natural. Some time we are juicing them, the taste can be changed. But juice is very nice for us when we get thirsty.
