How many of u have been dignosed wrongly??..how severe had it been??..How many days of wrong medicines and wonrg medication, and pain and torture..just to realize..u've been under the wrong treatment so far!!...Sometimes..it complicates things...So do u think wrong diagnosis is an offence which is forgivable??...Or would u say..it depends on the case..Can we actually look for such relaxations??I've been diagnosed wrongly once..wen i was a kid..i actually had a case of typhoid..but was diagnosed to have malaria..and had been under wrong treatmemt for a week..the result, i was sick for more than a month..In fact, it was none other than our usual pediatrician who diagnosed wrongly..My mom was really mad at him..That was the last time we ever went to him..so what do u ppl think??..Have any more examples to share??Do u know of any fatal cases???..I've heard..but not too sure on those to elaborate here...

I have not be diagnosed wrongly. But my brother was not spared. He had Jaundice but was diagnosed to have Hepatitis B. Everyone at home were shocked.. It was a diagnostic centre that had done the tests on him and gave out the results. But our doctor told us to get the tests done elsewhere. We were relieved to hear some good news this time...If the doctors are wrongly diagnosing then they should compensate the patients. wrong diagnosing is not acceptable...

My little niece has been in the hospital recently 4 different times. She was diagoised as having asthma, ammonia and other stuff. Been on all kinds of treatments just to come and find out she is just allergic to milk. It is so serve. That when she got any milk in her system. It would cause her to stop breathing.

I don't believe in treatment at all to be frank. I would try my level best to avoid clinics and hospitals from my routine. I simply hate the smell of it. So I never gave them much of a chance to diagnose me wrongly. I have taken the help of the doctors when it was inevitable, like when I had chicken pox, in between my university exams. Luckily, I did not miss a single exam.

errare humanum est. you know, doctors are humans. i don't believe you, guys.. i mean, why not being frustrated with criminals being let loose, but with doctors that save hundreds of lives, and, by mistake, letting one die. this is stupid. we all have the right to make mistakes. if you think doctors are not allowed, then maybe you should get to see a psychiatrist...
