Would you like and accept if you were given an option to live in a society where there would be one democratically elected government for the whole world? There would be no distinction or discrimination on the basis of country, race or religion. What are the pros and cons you see in such a society?

No not a good idea at all! (good discussion point though!) Let's face it most politicians and governments can't run their own country successfully, what hope would they have in running the whole world? They would also have to be multi lingual, know ALL religions and understand ALL traditions. There would still be discrimination as that is what is inbred in people.

Well I never think this is possible. People in same family have different interests and we are talking about the entire world out here.
Whatever be the government, no matter how faithfully things are done people allover the world cannot support its discision.
Its the human nature to revolt, and in this case i think we shall have too mane revolts against the government!
