who has the highest rating?

I don't know who has the highest rating but I'm wondering how we increase our ratings. I'm sure it must depend on a lot of different things such as number of posts, quality of posts, number of replies, number of referrals, etc. I wish we all knew for sure how to increase our ratings because I think it determines how much we get paid.
