what does it take to be on top?

to those high earners,share your secrets.what do you do to be on top and stay being on top of your career?

I think you need to have a positive attitude and be determined to succeed in whatever you are doing. You have to work hard and have a good team around you that support you and believe in what you are doing as much as you do.

yep,a good team is really needed,you can't do it alone.they will put you on top.it is our job to maintain it that way or be better.i think we need humility when we are already at the top.

Luck is often at the forefront. Having said that you can work hard and seem to create your own luck. Perserverance is key. Sometimes things we be seeming to be against you. You perservere and continue on and work you way through and up that ladder to success.
Keeping that in mind success and being at the top of your career could be working in that factory for 30 years and taking care of a family. They think that they are high earners since they can provide for their family. You just need your goals and do what you can to reach them.
