how to tackle arrogant nature????.....

The best way to handle arrogance, i beleive, is to respond with kindness, gentleness and respect, especially is the person holds a position of resepect as well. In other words, you respect the position, even if not entirely the person. Most of the time the arrogant person does so because he is in a high position. He does not have the right to be arrogant, but I try to think of the positive things that he is contributing to the organization. Like the hard work that he put's in, or even f he is arrogant in his speech, what he is saying may actually be correct. If you are not humble yourself, you will find it very hard to deal with such a person everyday. If,however, that person is not in a position higher than mine, then I will make ways to befriend that person so that in time, I will gain his or her respect and in a gentle manner correct him or her, as friend. Hopefully he or she will listen to me and correct his or her arrogance.
