mgtextek I think same breakfast is good for our health because if we are regular in our breakfast it will benifit for us because we can gain weight...so i try to eat same breakfast everyday...but in today's machine life we can't send time for breakfast...so some times...

Hypertension is a dangerous desease which also called"SILENT KILLER"how would we over come from this so called danger? i feel "YOGA" is the best way for this.do you agree with me?
