Do you have the same thing for breakfast every day?

Are you a regular kind of person who has a routine and likes ot have the same thing for breakfast every day? Or do you get bored easily like me and prefer to experiment by havng different things for breakfast each day? Maybe you have the same thing all week, and then something different at weekends? Or mostly the same thing and a change just ocne in a while? Perhaps you don't even eat breakfast (which begs the question why are you reading this discussion, lol!). Tell me all about your breakfasting habits!

i dont have the same breakfast everyday. but i like to eat my favorite foods during breakfast. i love eating eggs, anything. any recipe wherein the main ingredient are eggs. i love omelet and sunny side up. i want eggs every other day for breakfast. but there is really no fix food to eat. i just eat anything i could think of for breakfast.

I usually have a toasted bagel with butter and a cup of hot tea with cream and sugar. If the bagels are gone well then i will either have a waffle or a boiled egg. That's all I eat for breakfast. Nothing different unless i go out to breakfast. Then it's a different story.

I'm a creature of habit, I have virtually the same thing every day of the week, which is toast. The only exception might be at the weekend when I may have a croissant! even when I went on holiday I ended up in a routine of having the same cooked breakfast every morning, with the same pasteries, and same juices, even though the selection on offer was mind-boggling!!

I have the same breakfast from monday to friday (muesli with natural yoghurt)then I normally try something different in the weekend like egg and toast. I do that because it's so much easier to have the same meal during the week when you have a toddler runing around your house every morning.

I think same breakfast is good for our health because if we are regular in our breakfast it will benifit for us because we can gain weight...so i try to eat same breakfast everyday...but in today's machine life we can't send time for breakfast...so some times i quit the breakfast...but still i am trying to eat same breakfast....

It really depends on what's in the kitchen. During the week I'm pretty repetitive - usually toast, tea, nothing fancy. I'm not awake enough to do anything fancy! On the weekends I'm more prone to occasionally making pancakes, or bacon, or things that takes more time and more energy. Probably because I got to sleep in and therefore am awake enough!

Monday through Friday, I have a banana and a smoothie for breakfast. I get these great smoothies called "naked Juice" at the supermarket. Between the banana and the smoothie, I am quite satisfied for a while and of course there is a large number of healthful benefits in the smoothie, and to a lesser extent, the banana. On the weekend, I'm usually a glutton for junk food like and egg sandwich from the deli or pancakes.

usually on week days i will be taking bread with vegetable spread daily.There wont be any change in this for my breakfast.but on week ends i will take either baked yam or soup with noodles or otherwise go for some cereal.As it is very hectic time schedule in the weekdays in the morning i usually go for the bread rather than spending some time in cooking breakfast.but i wont ever forget to take breakfast.

Everyday , usually i am taking different type of breakfast. Sometimes I am not taking breakfast at all. Something eat fried rice, noodles, half boiled egg.

I belong to the regular kind when it comes to breakfast. Its always either bread or cereals and tea..though the bread part varies in kind.. maybe a croissant, roll or toast. There are times also when i have some small amount of fruits especially when it's a cereals breakfast. One thing for sure.. i don't wanna skip breakfast coz i easily build up gastric acids.

My family has the same thing for lunch every day. I almost consider that my breakfast, too, since we eat quite an early lunch and I don't tend to get up early enough to have a proper breakfast before we have our lunch most days. I haven't really ever been a breakfast eater except for when I was in school, when I had to eat breakfast in order to get myself going for the day because of having to get up so early and not being able to have lunch until noon or later at school. Anyway, if I did eat breakfast every day it would probably just be cereal, but the brands would change, because we don't tend to have the exact same brands in the house all of the time.

I get bored easily like you so i always experiment,sometimes i eat egg and rice,the next day cookie and milk,the next day again noodles or sometimes i will not eat breakfast if i get lazy to prepare or if i am so tired i prefer to sleep than eating.

I tend to alternate between porridge and weetabix for cereal. I also give my kids some fruit and might have some of that, which can be anything from apples, bananas and grapes, and then they sometimes have toast too, although I don't often have that. At the weekend I like to vary it my maybe having mushrooms and tomatoes on toast or crumpets.

i usually dont have time to eat breakfast in the morning because i have to make the bus. But when i do i like a big bowl of Cap'n Crunch =]

Follow my advice and keep fresh fruits in the fridge, also keep them washes so that you just grab 'em and leave. Forgot to mention, I also keep granola bars in my bag if I can't eat breakfast in the morning.

I usually just have cereal because I'll too lazy in the mornings to cook something proper, though I do crave a cooked breakfast sometimes!

I had my breakfast whenever I want. And I never prepared for it. I used to had breakfast in my campus before I entered the class. Couple of cheese breads or chicken porridge. And sometime I didn't eat breakfast at all.

I have the same thing every day, orange juice, porridge, and coffee. It simplifies the shopping as I can just buy enough to last for several weeks and I don't need to worry about what I'm going to have for breakfast today (The same as yesterday and the day before :))

i need to have rice for breakfast! some people are satisfied with just bread or fruit and some don't eat breakfast at all and i can't imagine how they survive. my heaviest meal is breakfast and i think it should be for all of us, to help us get going throughout the day. and once i wake up, the first thing i feel is hunger so i eat right away. sometimes, there's no leftover rice to make fried rice so i eat bread first while waiting for the rice to cook. i usually eat hotdog, bacon, egg, canned tuna or corned beef with rice for breakfast.

i usually eat what is available in our home for breakfast. sometimes, i eat those easy-to-prepare food. i am not a morning person so i seldom cook food for breakfast. i used to eat only cereals because i was too dazed to even put on a spread in the bread. but now that i am a mom, i am hoping that i would have the energy to cook/prepare nutritious food every morning just for the sake of my son.

I tend to have the same thing every morning, a bowl of Frosties. Although sometimes at the weekends maybe something different, a slice of toast or a lovely fry up on sunday morning for brunch.

I very rarely have breakfast. EVER. I eat my cereal at night. My first meal of the day is lunch. It's not because I skip breakfast, it's because I wake up around 11am - 12pm every day and by then breakfast is over. I don't like breakfast foods that much, like eggs and bacon, toast or pancakes. I don't know why. These type of foods I eat on occassion. I enjoy them when I do have them but that's because I rarely eat them. I would hate to eat them all the time. When I was in grade school though I always had breakfast since I was up at 6am to catch the bus. I had poptarts but usually just a bowl of cereal.
