I just got offered a job to ship computer stuff over seas. The company pays for all shipping fees via usps.com and they email them to me. I just ship the packages to where ever. Have you ever heard of this? Is this a scam?

Usually these types of jobs are acting as a middle man for someone out of the US who is making orders with stolen credit card numbers.
They need someone in the US to accept delivery of the purchases and then reship them out of the US legal jurisdiction. They send you a cut of their profits until the Feds show up at your door and inform you that you're premises are being searched and you are being arrested for credit card theft and mail fraud.
Another variation on this scheme entails acting as a middleman in computer transactions to bypass US trade restrictions on technology to unfriendly countries. When I worke for Dell I learned that there are a lot of countries which cannot legally by computers and software from the US because they are on this list.
