My hubby and I are celebrating our one year anniversary in a few months. We would like to go on a short get-a-way for our one-year anniversary. We have a few destinations in mind, but our budget is on our mind. Where would be a romantic, fun, but inexpensive place to go? Preferably in the U.S. we really can't afford to travel abroad right now, unless we get a great deal.
The only way we could go outside the U.S. right now is on a cruise like Carnival Cruises. They have some great deals in our budget.

Travel within the US doesn't sound that exotic, but there are so many interesting tourist destinations within America! I'm Canadian and I've done a fair amount of travel in Europe, but I'm planning to do some within America this summer because there's so much there and it's so much cheaper than paying for a trans-Atlantic flight!
What about Las Vegas? It could get pricey, but if you just go for a fun-filled weekend you could probably escape relatively unscathed. Lots of adult entertainment, and loads of great photo ops! I'm a huge art fanatic, so I'd love to head to New York. The Grand Canyon sounds romantic though. So many possibilities!

You should go to the beach! Ft. Lauderdale is a nice place to visit. Or go to Colorado, there are tons of things to do there! You could go hiking, site seeing, mountain climbing, and skiing. There are tons of attractions in Colorado. Seven falls, Pikes Peak, and they have cave tours. I love Colorado!
