Maybe it's because of your food. Try to eat less MSG.
OR...
Maybe it's because of your shampoo. Do not continue use the same brand for a long time. You should change it when you finish a bottle. Say... you can switch back and forth for 2 brandnames if you can find only 2 of them that you like. But just dont use only 1 brandname for a long time.
That might work...

What about eating out?
Stop that...coz they might have MSG in there.
What about wearing a hat?
Stop that...
What about using too much hair products such as hair spray, Hair Gel, all color products?
Stop that...
Or... try not to blow dry your hair... coz the heat from blower that might cause it.
Or... DO NOT COMB your hair immidiatly after you wash your hair...just let it dry a little... then you can comb your hair.
Use A COMB ... not a BRUSH !!!
If I can think of anything else... I will come back and tell you more ^_^

hello friend , first of all i would like to tell you that there is no sure-fire way to prevent hair fall but then too ,if you know the cause and start on its remedy atleast you can help yourself to some extent.
massaging your scalp for a couple of minutes a day can stimulate blood flow to the hair follicles and can help in hair growth too.
if you know something about Aromatherapy, then i would like to tell you that it is also a very good method to help your scalp.bend 6 bdrops each of lavender and bay essentials oils in a base of 4 ounces of almond or sesame oil into the scalp and sit for 20 minutes.
you can also use aloe vera and heena . it is very good and my personal experience .

Your falling hair can be caused by your genes, shampoo or your diet. Try drinking multi-vitamins so that your body can get the nutrient it needs. Or you could consult a doctor for professional advice.

The best advice that i could offer to you is for you to seek medical attention from a dermatologist. They are the best people who could help you on your current condition. If you have issues with money there are free skin clinics that you could ask help on. They have doctors who could check it and they will give you prescription for medicines that could cure your condition.

This is happening to a friend of mine but what you need to consider is that it could be a result of a number of things and you need to investigate all of them to stop the cause rather than just treating the symptoms. There could be a underlying medical condition, it could be that you're stressed (I get ill rather than worried about things and it isn't until im ill that I realise im stressed about something). It could be hormonal, dietry, environmental - it could be a whole lot of things. You need to go to your doctor, let them refer you to specialists and take it from there.
