Benefit of drinking tea

Is really drinking tea would help you loose weight?

If you want to lose weight try this simple thing. Drink 9 8oz glasses of water a day. Drink 3 with each meal and you'll see a weight loss and your skin will improve too! My wife and I do this everyday and it works!

I heard that it depends on what kind of tea you are drinking.There are flavored teas that are primarily designed to loose weight,like bio-slim tea,cancunis,and even the green tea.

i am not a tea lover..........i hate tea and i think that there is no benefit just loss

Im not sure if its really effective for losing weight. i do know that tea are well know anti oxidants. It cleanses our bodies of waste and keeps it well regulated. Thus it keeps us healthy as well.

I have been drinking tea for years and I had shed about 10 kg (you don't keep losing weight of course.. that would be disastrous... you lose till you reach an optimum). I am not sure if tea is not cause though. I still drink it everyday anyway - for the health benefit.
