I cannot understand fully your question. But we use corn oil, canola oil and soya oil. We do not use vegetable oil.
But there are lot of them who says that the oil we are using now has improved. No cholesterol anymore.
Buy the way, Why dont I see a star in your name, although you already have 103 points?

I suppose you can call corn vefgetable, can't you. Corn oil and soya are extremely good for health. As for the star, I really don't know the rules by which they give a star in my lot. So maybe it will appear in due course. Do you know anything about it?

I only use extra virgin olive oil because of the health benefits and the taste. And maybe because of my Mediterranean heritage, I just have an inclination towards it.
