there certainly shouldn't be. How can people think of killing other people, it just makes us as bad as them.
We need to carefully think about what we are doing. Who are we to judge how others behave, are we all perfect ourselves?

Without a doubt! Especially if someone hurts or kills a child. It's awful how mant times these criminals re-offend; surely if they are stopped, this also might act as a deterrent, don't you think? It would also free up the space in our prisons so that the lesser evil ones can be contained, for longer?
