Usually with dinner I will drink either water or milk. Although when we go out to eat, I tend to order iced tea.

Well with dinner I would like to take none, yes but after dinner I like to take a glass of milk and go to sleep, it gives you a sound sleep.

Since I have soda with everything I think soda would win in this situation too. I do not drink much tea at all anymore. Milk I do drink at time, but not usually with a big, only with a sandwich or something light.

I don't drink soda anymore and I usually just put milk in my cereal or coffee/tea. I'd have to choose tea either hot or iced.

I am used to having tea or coffee. According to a medical research about the effects of tea and coffee I've run into some years ago, the results are not in conjunction with this practice. Tea and coffee are blockers. They somekind of block the ingestion of important nutrients into our system if taken with or along with nutritious foods. Tea and coffee must be taken therefore as it is or with foods which we take solely for the reason of filling up during in between meal breaks. I was forced to cut the habit and I have been taking water instead.

With dinner, usually water, though sometimes I have a glass of either iced or hot tea. Occasionally coffee, but that tends to be more of an after-dinner drink for me.
