The Couch Potato

I am more of a computer chair potato.lol. But I will glance at the tv from time to time. There are a few shows that I like to watch but during the commercials, I am right back to the computer.

I dont realy watch much tv, i would much rather surf the internet and keep my mind working...

i only watch tv when my favorite shows are on. my daily life begins with work from 8 am to 5 pm, that means i am spending 8 hours of my time in front of the computer for my work and well, for doing other things on the net. lol. after work when i get home, i would take a rest and then play with my daughter. when the news are on, i would go up in front of the tv and watch. oh, i also get to watch tv along with my daughter if her favorite shows are on because she likes watching it with my husband and i.

Well I do not get much time to watch T.V and though I do watch some shows but I am not hooked on or something. Over the weekends, if I have nothing better to do than I prefer watching T.V but it really depends on the programs, if they are airing something of my interest than most probably I will watch it if not then I will try to do something else.

I just joined mylot and got an assignment to write an article for a DC ezine so I most likely wont be looking at the TV as much. I usually watch DVD's when I watch and I use it for background noise while I write or clean so it's cool.

Sometimes I sit on the couch for hours watching TV or napping, other times I'm sitting at a desk playing on the internet. I alway have the TV on when I'm playing online.

My husband is a couch potatoe and bed pototoe too. All he does if work and come home watch TV. and go th bed. He is always really tired from all the hard work that he does.

I have no guilt about being a couch potato because I spend 90 minutes sometimes more in the gym five times a week! 5km on the treadmill and pumping iron. I need to relax after my strenuous exercise regime and what better than to relax in front of the tv! I am addicted to Stargate SG1, Malcolm in The Middle, UK Soaps Emmerdale and Coronation Street. Deal or No Deal and Horror films, the scarier and gorier the better. I am not currenly working so I usually spend from 4pm till 8pm watching tv every night. The rest I spend on the computer!

I'm absolutely like you, myLot takes up my whole day and I have no time to watch tv nowadays..lol But at times when my favourite shows on Food Network are on, the tv is running along side and I watch while I myLot. Before myLot came my way I was a couch potato for sure!;o)

I am oposite of a couch potato, I watch TV less. Before Mylot also I was in the internet more than watching TV. Now I watch TV for some very selected programe and soemtime watch news in TV and sometime I get news from net. And now because of Mylot it is becoming less than ever lol.

I seldom watch TV unless there might be some sporting event or a movie I might want to see. I don't watch the news or sitcoms or dramas. I might pop in a movie from my collection and watch it. I might be a couch potato when I am sitting or lying on the couch reading a book.

I rarely sit on the couch as I am always on the computer. However in the evenings I am always at the computer and watching TV at the same time. I am often at the computer in the day as well so although I don't sit around and watch TV I sit around and look at the computer screen instead.

I don't watch a lot of tv but if it's a show I want to watch I just download the whole season.. and I get news from RSS-feed, and a lot of Swedish shows you can watch reruns of online. So TV is obsolete :p

I don't watch much TV. I like a few shows, but I don't run my life around them. I also have a laptop, so if I want to be on MyLot while I watch TV, I can do that. I don't need to be looking at the TV screen all the time. Usually when I have it on, I have it in the background.

got no time to watch tv anymore, i am so busy, working during daytime and taking care of my baby at night. it's tough but i can manage. and i am happy with what i am doing.

I'm like you. I am on here more than watching tv. I really do need to get out more though. I was helping my husband a few days a week but not as much anymore since my Mom's heart surgery. I made a resolution to start walking and I have yet to do it.

Haha , yup I am like you , I have no time for t.v with MyLot . I love this site and spend all my spare time on heer . I think my husband is going to start getting jealous of this site lol .

Im the ultimate potato that resides in the couch, because I eat, peruze the internet, and watch movies and t.v. all simultaniously.
