have you ever been on a cruise? Do you consider this to be a good way to spend a vacation? my impression is there are mostly older people on there trips - is it so?

I have never been on a cruise, and don't have a desire to go on one.My wife would never go bcs she doesn't swim, and I'd rather "die under the bus",then take any chances, because you never know.Everybody's different.I have seen footage on TV of sinking cruise ships, fire aboard, all kind of sicknesses among passengers and other things.I know people who enjoyed it and people who took it and don't want to hear about it.So, try it for once to see if it's suitable for you.

Many of my friends have gone on cruise ships during their summer vacations. However, everything is not as exciting as it claims to be. Although there are a variety of activities, no one really has time to do them all and a few hours is not enough to tour the land. However, there are not a significantly larger population of older people - there are many families around.

Nope, I never been cruising but I want to do it bad!
But I'm afraid because I can't swim. LOL
Well about old people, it depend on what destination you choose. If you choose somewhere exotic like asia I think there will be a lot of new couple.
