are you ignoring your work due to mylot

Hello..just wud like to share an incident.. i signed into mylot and hav been postin ever since.. the best part is .. my manager has seen this and my team leads have told me not to use it anymore.. but i like sharing my knowhow on various subjects and am still usin it..U get addicted to mylot over period in time..

I think I tend to ignore work and come here to post. Its just such a distraction and so much fun. Plus I make money doing it. Not as much as my job, mind you. But its a lot funner. lol

Yes mylot is really addictive and for me i spend almost all my time here,sometime even my other work is neglected such as other household duties,i even forget to prepare my baby's milk.

Yep thats true, i too have become addictive, I feel hard to leave this and see other important works. i would force myself to do the rest of my daily work. I am very happy to be here, and i dont know how time flies away when i sit to work at mylot.

oh dear that is not good..but i am doing the same thing.. i have to finish a project a very big one in 2 months and i discovered mylot a week ago i think i got addicted cause i spend much time here ..for sure more then required..

if u r doing something then u have to postp[one some of ur works according to ur preferances ?? it depends on u what u prefer .if u prefer working on mylot then u r suppose to do this . i think discussions on mylot really affects our working because all of we want money and always we prefer money . all other works r on our second preferances..

Yes mylot is really addictive and i spend almost all my time here,i'm enjoying this forum..I sometime neglect my hoiusehold duties and even sometime forget to prepare my baby's milk.but now,i have to finish my important works before setting here and mylotting because my baby needs me a lot also.

No lol I still do all my work I always have an hour in the afternoon where I do my writing, as that is all I do after an hour I am not able to concentrate anymore, lol. My Housework gets done before I get to involved on here.

Sometimes I do forgot to prioritize some of scheduled appointments and works. I just can't wait to earn more everyday that is why I messed some of my meetings. I got addicted to many site that offers payment and one of them is Mylot. Right now I just made a daily schedule for posting here in Mylot. I choose the best time of the day when I can have a good time for posting.

LOL-- I try to stay off mylot when I'm at work- But here I sit- Monday morning with a huge to-do list and I'm here posting on Mylot. It is addicting. I love to hop on in the morning and see what new discussions are popping up. Also see what my friends are discussing. Who would have thought that Mylot would become such an addiction- I love it. Anyways get back to work-- and I'll try to also.

I almost always ignore most household chores because of hooking mylot and other earning sites for the whole day as well. It's so addictive, you woudn't have the time to stop!

At first, I was not feeling too enthusiast about myLot, so it didn't take my time at work so much. I only read it when my work was over. but now, I find it interesting. I still can finish what I have to do for my research, and later when I'm already bored with the stuffs, I go back to myLot to see if anything new has happened. Maybe you need to remind yourself that your work is an important part of your life for it brings you money to support you, so that you do not get carried away by myLot and ignoring your work. Or maybe it's just me who think it that way. Well, different person has different point of view. for me, my work is number one. if you do not feel the same, hey, it's okay. as long as this matter doesn't hurt you in the future. in the mean time, please try to organize your time better. hopefully, you can both finish your work and enjoy your myLot at the end of the day.good luck!

I definitely agree. I worked from home today so that I could spend some time posting and watch Oscars at the same time. This site is too addictive! :)

I use the internet to take a break when I am stressed at work and though I take a little more time than I planned, I am not ignoring my work but am spending less time with random browsing and more time on my lot.

No I am not ignoring my work due to mylot. I visit this site only after finishing my work. After responding few topics I stop and start work then again later on I visit Mylot to take part in discussions. This does not hamper my daily work. I first finish my work then only visit Mylot. Because it is seconday for me. I have seen many days I do not visit due to work pressure, it does not matter for me.

see yaar..the first thing impotant in our life is our own work and partners,parents...dont leave them for the sake of nmylot.. dont worry abt mylot...i mean you cant leave your job and work and relations..to spwnd time with mylot

Ya sometimes I also ignore more important tasks just for the sake of seeing what responses have you got on your discussions. But now I persuaded myself to log on mylot in my free time only and see to it that my other important priorities are fulfiled first.

I dont think so... I think I'm using internet as I used to use it.... But I've felt that the time I surf on net is increasing slowly day by day. I dont know its bcoz of Mylot of something else...

I am new to MyLot. I do not have a better framework about it. but this kind of things happenes with Internet when you use some Comunities websites, do the chatting etc.. Well I do not think a people become a addict of MyLot rather than he will become addict of Internet. While doing MyLot you are gaining some thing which can help to write and make capability of writing.
