Why are you Renting and Not Buying a Home?

I am renting until my man finishes school, then we will buy a home near where he gets a job as a park ranger.

I think most people rent because it's either cheaper or they are afraid to make the plunge. Perhaps they have not so good credit. That's another reason people rent.

Do not want to buy a house, for I will not know where I am going to settle down.
