which is best being a vegetarian or non-vegetarian

i love non-veg and cant live without meat atleast one meal a day. i m also growing fat,people say if u eat meat u will grow fat and few say tht i don erercise thts why i am growing fat. now which is true???????????

Exercise is very important. And a lot of ways to do it. Playing Tag-tag with little ones is one way. Even love making is a form of exercise LOL(please pardon me). Meat won't make you fat, but eating a lot without burning your calories would. My suggestion is do some exercise and eat only what you think will be enough for you. Eat at least five times a day IN SMALL AMOUNTS. That way your metabolism becomes faster. Slowly you'll lose some weights.

Of course vegetarian is best than non-vege..It is always adviced by the doctors that we should eat vegetables always for us to be healthy,especially green leafy vegetables.We can eat meat but not always.
