i love non-veg and cant live without meat atleast one meal a day. i m also growing fat,people say if u eat meat u will grow fat and few say tht i don erercise thts why i am growing fat. now which is true???????????

gandor Exercise is very important. And a lot of ways to do it. Playing Tag-tag with little ones is one way. Even love making is a form of exercise LOL(please pardon me). Meat won't make you fat, but eating a lot without burning your calories would. My suggestion is...

gandor I think we lie because we would like to choose the lesser evil of repercussions of things we did. That is if we're talking about lying for the betterment of things. But then again there are those lies that are too unforgiving. Truth is the only way out.
