Nanomeds..for curing different kinds of illnesses..

Have you heard of a new way for curing illnesses? A new form of technology was created to cure tuberculosis, ebola virus and other related illnesses. It's in a bottle of liquid made of millions and gazillions of nano-fixers. they are produced to find an illness in your body and cure it immediately, much like how engineers fix broken things. they say that it's 100% effective and cost-efficient. i haven't tried it yet but someone i know has tried it and he said it works big time.

I know that many scientists are speculating that in the future this may be possible. But as far as I have read this is still many years off. Can you provide a reference where you read that this technology is working today? Or cite any companies that have products ready based on this techology.

someone told me that there's a website for this though i don't have a specific address. you could probably search it out on the net, i heard they ship their product to other countries.
