Mine has never decreased in fact if I don't use for a few days it increases a little. This is because myLot has people going through and deleting worthless posts. They then recalulate earning on a daily basis. So if you have good posts after the worthless deletes are done you end up with more moeny. And the people whose posts got deleted earnings go down.
