What do you think about Italy?

My brother was in Italy 3 years ago. He stayed in Florence for about a month, as he was doing a training in a hospital there (he's a doctor). During his stay, he made a tour in many Italian cities including Venice and Rome. In his opinion, Florence is the best. He liked it a lot. However, I was surprised that he didn't like Venice that much. He like the Italian culture a lot, and he can speak Italian pretty well too (it helped him a lot during his stay there). As for me, I like the Italian culture and history too. I've never been to Italy, but I really wish to go there one day. I also like the Italian Calcio (soccer league), although I don't like the Italian national team. My favorite team there is AS Roma. I did hear some Italian songs (thanks to my brother) which I remember some of them like L'Italiano, Kamikaze (Lucio Dalla), some songs of Eros Ramazzotti, and some others which I can't remember. To sum things up, I really like Italy as a country more than its people (didn't mean to offend). Ciao.

My wife and I would love to travel to Italy! Rome, Venice, and Florence would be great vacation cities. We'll need a experenced tour/friend!

I live in Rome, Italy, and I saw a lot of cities: Turin, Milan, Bologna, Florence, Pisa... and other cities. Italy is very beautiful, there are a lot of things to see, for example the Colosseum is unforgettable, the river in Florence, and a lot of other. There are a lot of good foods, too: pasta, pizza, spaghetti... and I know that all the world love these foods. I love my country.

honestly, ive never been to Italy but i keep on imaging that its really a nice place especially in Rome, how i wish to visits it someday..

I'm Italian so i must say: ITALY IS THE BEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD.... and of course: Italians do it better ;)

yes,Italy is the best place for holidays the city of Rome is superb! also the Florence city too the cities on rivers are exquisite....if i get a chance, i would settle there, hehe
