I'm looking for the best india recipies especially bread,rice and curry. I would like try to cook the recipies. If anyone has the recipie,i would greatly to have it. Thanks

well thats pretty tough to decide one particular indian recipes that you can claim as best,.. i can use the word better recipes since all are good... i believe its rice curry are the easiest too make and also they are yummy yummy,... very energetic and refreshing,...

I will give you the recipie for vegetable rice.
First take the biriyani rice and soak it for about 20 min,and keep aside. Now take all the vegetables
Onion-500 gms
tomato-500gms
carrot-200gms
beans-200gms
peas-50 gms
ginger and garlic paste-2 spoons
green chilli-4 no.
curd-1 cup
spices-one spoon
mint leaf-small bunch
chilli powder-1 spoon.
Preparation
Add oil,ghee in a cooking vessel,then add spices,bay leaf.then add chopped onion.cook till it turns brown,now add ginger garlic paste and chillies. then add tomatoes,add some mint leaves also for flavour.add all the vegetables and cook for 3 mins.now add chilli powder,salt and garam masala powder.then add curd and mix well.For one cup of rice add 1 1/2 cup of water.When water boils add th e rice and stir well.when the rice is partialy boiled put the remaining mint leaves and add 1 lemon also. Keep it in sim for 10 minutes.Open after 1/2 hour and serve hot.
