Is anyone scared of giving up?

I have smoked since I was thirteen... my gran taught me, not her fault it was just a rite of passage as far as she was concerned. I am now 36 and desperatly want to stop living my life subjected to this smelly danerous and unsociable drug... can anyone offer some good advice?

i to have smoked sense i was 13 and would love to stop. i have before a couple times and started back up. when i did it was summer when we could be outside and doing things and it was very hard. my whole family smokes and it is so hard going around and every one is smoking. then my mom got real sick and then my hubby got sent over seas and i started smoking again. i would love to stop again for good and this would be the time cuz i am in a different state them my family and hope nothing bad is going to happen again. good luck
