does it haev to be this way ? i dont know any other way as i have not seen many marriages in which the boy is younger.i wonder what problems arise or dont arise in such situations. as far as i can see it cn only be ego clashes as teh girl might feel older and hence wiser than her husband and thus she might feel like the boss of the house. what say u?

I don't think it really matters as long as they both love each other. I am three years older than my husband and we have been happily married for thirty eight years. My daughter is two years older than her husband and they get along just fine. By the way, I am the boss. Lol!

I don't think it matters if the guy is younger. I think that if two people are meant to be together then it doesn't matter how old they are.
Also someones age has nothing to do with their maturity and so he might act much older than he his age suggests.

i do think so. girls need to be homely adn if they are older than men they will most likely try to be bossy. i am not sure if it is correct for all but i would prefer the girl ot be younger if not the same age, but an older woman would not be right for me...
