The perfect food

I can't express how deeply I love pizza. I believe it's the world's perfect food. It is based upon my two favorite things, bread and cheese. You can add anything you want as a topping, so what could be better than that? It can be as healthy or as bad for you as you desire. I love to make my own pizza because I can add whatever I want instead of the standard pizza restaurant toppings. I like to add shrimp, chicken, steak, veggies, herbs, different cheeses, anchovies, and all sorts of other things, not necessarily on the same pizza though. One of my favorites is quite simple. It's a Pizza Margherita which is the basic crust brushed with olive oil, garlic, a little salt and pepper, then topped with diced fresh tomatoes, torn basil leaves, and grated mozzarella and parmesan. What are some of your favorite pizzas? Have you ever had a bad pizza? What is the best pizza you've ever eaten?

If you make your own crust try this.Stuff your crust with pepperonies,cheese and a little sauce.After you role it closed top with butter, fresh garlic,garlic sauce and oregano.Then proceed to make the rest of your pizza.I have stuffed the crust with link sausage also.I now ask everyone what they want for dinner and the answer is"Mama Gina's stuffed pizza.This is the best.As for bad pizza my mom used to put oil and anchovies on it.YUK.I also like to eat seafood pizza.Shrimp,scallops and crab meat.After it is cooked I put a little garlic and butter sauce on it.

I love NY style pizza, with that thin crust and dripping with cheese. My favorite topping is fresh chopped garlic.
My father makes a great garlic pizza. He brushes the crust with olvie oil, adds garlic and cheese and viola! You have a pizza.
But my favorite is the pizza my Italian friend makes. It has zuchini and corn on it. You wouldn't think that corn on a pizza would be good but it is. There is no red sauce, just oil and cheese. He even makes a pizza with sliced up hot dogs. Weird, but good. Crazy Italians.
