Mine is fish curry! It's really delicious! And I love it when the fish soak up all the curry source. I include the recipe here:
FISH CURRY (Serves 2)
Ingredients
½ lb fish fillet
½ teaspoon red chili powder
1 tomato
1 potato
½ onion
4 teaspoons curry powder
4 teaspoons Indian ginger (yellow ginger) powder
3 tablespoons oil
2-3 slices ginger
½ cup of water
pinch of white pepper powder
Steps
1. Wash and drain fish fillet, slice into mouthful pieces. Marinate with pinch of white pepper powder.
2. Dice tomato, potato and onion.
3. Heat up a pot, add oil, then the chopped onion to stir-fry until fragrant. Add potato and tomato, stir-fry for 3-5 minutes. Add in red chili powder, curry powder, Indian ginger powder, ginger and water to cook for another 10 minutes
4. Add fish fillet into the pot and cook for another 10 minutes or until done.

I love ANY curry so long as it doesn't contain almonds or cashews because I am allergic to them. My favourite is probably lamb sag but it varies.
Accompaniment really has to be rice and naan or maybe a paratha but definitely NOT chips. I like to stick with traditional.

I like almost all types of curries. Usually I have them with rice, bread, naan or prata. I haven't tried them with chips yet but I think that might be an interesting way to have curry. I'll try it someday.
