Taxes and Economy

What do you all think about the current tax system? Is it fair. Do you think the Rich should be paying more? less? This question isn't just for United States people I'd love to learn more about how the economy works in the rest of the world as well.

I think that the taxes are very high. They are high for business and for property and school. I think that its just tougher on people who fall in the lower income brackets and I would like to see people who really need the tax breaks to get them and not just coporate America.

I agree, I think that freeing up more money on the bottom is in order. From what I've heard corporations don't even pay much in taxes anyway with all the loop-holes in the tax code, so rather than cut them more breaks the government should focus on the working class.
