It's definately possible to lose weight. Just remember not to over eat. Also, cardio is the best thing to do. Run a lot and you could also run up hills or steps to up the difficulty.

why not try exercising a bit more. Walking is great exercise and can be really enjoyable too. Doing a brisk walk for half an hour in the morning and evening should really help you tone up and reduce some weight.
