Is there really such a thing as a healthy junk food?

You would need to create your own healthy "junk" food. You will be amazed how decadently delicious you can make healthy food - from the deserts to the actual meals themselves.
It's easy once you get the hang of it. Here's some helpful tips...
Use Spelt Flour instead of white flour. Spelt has a similar consistancy, it's slightly more silky than white flour and it supplies lots of nutrients and protein.
Use cage-free, organic grain fed chicken eggs in your recipes.
Use Maple Syrup Grade B instead of overly processed bleached white sugar or cancer causing chemical sugar replacements. Grade B Maple Syrup is less processed than Grade A, it's full of nutrients and it's simply delicious!
Take your regular recipes for cookies and use the above ingredients instead. Enjoy!

Junk food is junk food no matter what they put on
the label. If you eat healthy and are physically
active, then indulging in a little junk food once
in a while doesn't hurt.
Vitamins, who are they kidding. Well, I guess many
people here in America. 60% of us are overweight or
obese.

Haha yeah, that's very true. I think it's sort of funny that they do that. I guess it's good that the junk food junkies are at least getting some extra nutrients that way, but it's kind of sad! I have to agree with you, it's still junk food!
