HOw many times you washing our teeths in day???

Before, I brush my teeth 4 times a day but when I learned that too much flouride is also bad for my teeth I only brushed twice a day. teeth are not suppose to be that white... it's normal to have yellowish teeth as long as they're healthy. But if you want a sparkling white teeth, you might as well consult your dentist and have it bleached.

At lease once a day before going to bed. I usally roll out of bed in time to dress and goto work. The eat breakfast at work so brushing in the morning usally does not occur.

I always brush em 2 times a day...and 3 when i have my breakfast, which doesn't happen always. A good teeth brushing is basic to keep them healthy and also to have a good breath.
