delicious ice cream

Everyone of us love ice cream to death..! what if ice cream is not available in all stores nation wide? would you cry for that? would you crave for that? What would you do to replace ice cream, knowing that you cannot control your self from craving ice cream?

I don't eat a lot of ice cream anyway but to replace it I'd puree frozen fruit till smooth, sometimes add soymilk and ice. I love fruit smoothies.

Why can it be not made at home. Is it so necessary to buy from outside only. We need to learn the technique as to how to make ice cream at home. Using refrigerator it is easy and no need to cry for it. I can control myself if ice cream is not available any way.
