sober 2 1/2 years

i have been sober for 2 1/2 years. it is still a struggle to stay sober. I think about drinking every single day of my life. LIfe seemed easier when I was partying because then I did not care. Now that I am seeing life thru sober glasses I do care. And it is so hard.

ALWAYS LOOK ON THE BRIGHT SIDE OF LIFE...........DO DO DODODODO HA HA DONT THINK ANY ONE CAN GO WRONG IF THEY HAVE RESPECT, LUV, AND A BIT OF TENDER CARE...... YOURS MINNIEMEEE

To help you stay sober, have you thought of going through counseling or attending AA? Going through some kind of counseling or group therapy will help you work through what you are feeling and help you learn how to handle situation on your own and provide a secure support system for you.

Agree that they are many hindrances in the path of being sober but you can bear a good fruit only after some hardwork. Nothing comes easy and free. You will defienitely see the results in your future life . People shall start appreicating and respecting you , which doesnt seem tempting now but you start to get it you feel great. keep up the good work mate

If you are a drunkard, the will of stopping is difficult to do. Some people voluntarily admit themselves in a facility. Too sad, in my country there is no place like it.
