I think that both these mean the same as people lose their lives either ways. The Iraq invasion by the US may look like some peace keeping mission but more than 60,000 have lost their lives because of this. So is the war a legal terrorist activity?

the iraq war is a war over oil and a means to make a few folks very rich at the cost of a few thousand lives. the war is a legal terrorist activity.

I keep hearing that on Mylot, but for some reason no one has been able to give any real evidence that anyone in the administration is making money... Hmmm.... I thought arguments were supposed to have support.

Legal where? Its a world action and since there is no global governing body with an executive system, there is no real meaning to the word "legal". By the UN's resolutions, the entire UN should have been involved in Iraq between 1990 and 2003. Terrorism doesn't mean war. Look up the definition of terrorism.

Legal or not, they;ve made it seem like it's legal to go and fight a war in Iraq. There's been no improvement from the Saddam Era, people are still getting killed in useless violence. You're right about people losing their lives in War and terrorism but in the end, when it all boils down, there's really no difference between war and terrorism in the case of Iraq. When things go wrong in Afghanistan, when Bin Laden could not be found, that's when they diverted their attention onto Iraq, who had nothing to do with September 11 but it's this old tactic that has been used many times by dictators. "If something goes wrong at home, then we have to divert the public's attention onto our foreign policies". Mussolini did the same thing when Italy was struck with economic depression. I remember reading the Times right in the beginning of the Iraq war. They claim that there is a weapon of mass destruction in Iraq, another lie to scare the public and manipulate them. Then, as the war went on, suddenly the cause for the war changed dramatically. The weapon of mass destruction was nowhere to be found and the excuse for a war then came to the removing of Saddam to help the minorities in Iraq. This war is nothing but a waste of moeny and lives on both sides, and indeed, a legal terrorist activity. I dont' think that war can really be justified unless if a country is defending itself from the attacker.
