I am not afraid of the dark, but i guess that like all humans, i fear the unknown. Dark implies that we don't know what might be right there next to us, and that is what scares us, not the dark itself i think.

There is a ghost among our life but we, human being, is a highest strata (God gift). So other thing who life among us (another dimension life form) can not harm us.
I have a ghost pictures I uploaded. If you want to see, please search it with "Indonesian Ghost"

If you haven't seen a ghost, please come to Indonesia because in Indonesia there are some people can help you to see the life in other dimension by supranatural way.

I must admit that even at my age now, I tend to get afraid of the dark still .. hehehe, especially right after watching movies that is so creepy. It's ironic of me because I still love watching that kind of movies, hahaha, I love to scare myself.

i believe it has something to do with the mind. Know the phrase "it's all in the mind" and "mind over matter"? if you keep on thinking that something will come out from the dark and get affected by it, you will really tend to avoid dark places. When you do that, you will no longer know what happens in the dark.

It all depends. You may or may not be afraid in the dark.It all depends where you are at that time. For instance if you are alone in the jungle or in a cemetary then i think i'll feel afraid of darkness but if i am in my room in the dark then the question of being afraid does not arise to me.

Maybe it came from childhood stories that were told to us when we were young.
It's hard to get something so deeply and early ingrained into us out. :/
