Does anyone know of a quiet/compact exercise machine

I live in an apartment and am looking for an exercise machine that can be folded up when not in use and not make a lot of noise so that my neighbors complain. Cardio or abdominal would be fine. I already use 20 pound dumb bells for keeping my upper body toned but it doesn't do anything for cardio or abdominals.
